Position Overview
We are looking for a female Business Development Manager with a strong background in marketing,
client handling, and outbound calling. The ideal candidate will have basic social media knowledge
and the ability to manage some logistics to support business growth initiatives. This role requires a
proactive, organized, and results-oriented individual who can effectively represent the company and
drive revenue through strategic business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and pursue new business
opportunities through outbound calling, networking, and lead generation. Build and maintain
strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Marketing & Brand Promotion: Leverage marketing experience to develop and execute
strategies that enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients. Collaborate with the
marketing team to create compelling campaigns.
Social Media Engagement: Utilize basic social media knowledge to manage and update
company profiles, engage with audiences, and promote services/products on platforms such as
LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
Logistics Coordination: Oversee basic logistics related to client meetings, events, or
product/service delivery to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and
potential growth areas to inform business strategies.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on business development activities, sales progress, and
market feedback to senior management.
