Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and performance-driven EXIM Sales and Marketing Executive to manage and expand our global client base. The role involves end-to-end sales process management – from lead generation to order execution – and building long-term relationships with international distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
Generate export leads through online platforms, trade shows, and digital campaigns.
Maintain and grow existing customer relationships with timely communication and service.
Handle export documentation, including Proforma Invoices, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Bill of Lading coordination.
Coordinate with production, packaging, and logistics teams for on-time order fulfillment.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and shipping schedules with global buyers.
Collaborate with digital marketing to run region-specific campaigns and analyze global trends.
Ensure compliance with customs, regulatory, and export-import documentation requirements.
Prepare periodic sales reports and market performance updates.
