l About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This hybrid role blends digital marketing, client acquisition, and graphic design skills to expand our online presence and customer base. You will be responsible for creating compelling digital content, managing social media, and generating new leads through targeted outreach

Key Responsibilities
Build and manage brand presence across digital platforms (especially Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Design marketing assets including brochures, catalogs, social media creatives, and other digital collaterals using tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc
Develop and maintain digital catalogs and promotional materials
Execute outbound campaigns through cold emailing, LinkedIn messaging, and follow-up calls
Source and identify potential clients; maintain a CRM of leads and prospects
Collaborate with internal teams for content strategy and marketing campaigns
Track metrics to measure the success of campaigns and suggest improvements

Requirements
Proven experience in business development or digital marketing (agency experience is a plus)
Basic to intermediate graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar)
Familiarity with social media tools and strategies to grow online presence
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong research and outreach ability via email, LinkedIn, and calls
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Understanding of SEO and performance marketing basics
