We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with experience in education sales to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring alignment with client needs and company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, social media, and field visits.
Identify potential students and convert them into customers.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor trends.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Assist clients in course selection, counselling and admission.
Collaborate with school and colleges for seminars and proposals.
Franchise distribution in allotted region.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
2+ years in education sales and franchise development.
Proven record of accomplishment of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills: Additional Requirements:
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and sustain client relationships.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
