Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and building strong client relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
Provide accurate feedback and after-sales support.
Participate in trade shows or exhibitions when required.
Prepare regular reports on sales and market trends.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
