Key Responsibilities

·       Actively pitch and present Webtree’s services to prospects via in-person meetings, video calls, emails, and proposals.

·       Prepare and deliver customized sales pitches tailored to client pain points and needs.

·       Develop and execute strategies to generate qualified leads across various sectors.

·       Engage in cold outreach, networking, and follow-ups to drive new business.

·       Collaborate with technical teams to create compelling proposals, project scopes, and pricing.

·       Understand client requirements and provide appropriate technology/digital solutions.

·       Negotiate and close deals, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.

·       Maintain relationships with existing clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

·       Follow up diligently on all leads and inquiries to ensure a high conversion rate.

·       Contribute to revenue forecasting and assist in setting realistic, data-driven sales targets.

·       Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

·       Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

·       3 plus years of experience in Business Development or Sales in the IT/Software industry.

·       Must have experience working in a target-driven environment and consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.

·       Handles end-to-end international software sales, from lead generation to deal closure.

·       Explains complex software solutions using real-world business scenarios.

·       Manages sales pipelines using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
