Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven RPO Business Development Manager to identify, engage, and close new business opportunities within the recruitment outsourcing industry. The BDM will play a crucial role in building long-term client relationships and expanding our RPO services across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new RPO sales leads and business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
Understand client needs and present tailored recruitment outsourcing solutions to address those needs.
Lead the end-to-end sales process — from lead qualification to proposal development to contract negotiation and closure.
Build strategic relationships with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition heads, and decision-makers.
Collaborate with internal recruitment delivery teams to ensure successful client onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.
Develop and present business cases and ROI analyses for potential clients.
Track and report sales performance metrics and forecast revenue.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally within RPO or recruitment services.
Strong understanding of the RPO model, talent acquisition, and HR processes.
Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Preferred:
Existing network within HR or staffing industry.
Experience in working with international clients (US/UK markets preferred)
