We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and passionate Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in Information Technology to drive business growth through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and innovative sales initiatives.
The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities in areas such as IT solutions, web development, designing, and corporate training, managing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet market demands.

Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and engage with potential clients through cold outreach, networking, and social media, specifically targeting businesses in need of IT solutions, web development, designing, and corporate training.
Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to support company objectives and explore potential collaborations.
Market Research: Analyze market trends, target audiences, and client needs to guide business strategies.
Sales Strategies: Work with the sales team to develop and implement strategies that drive new business and revenue growth.
Relationship Management: Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions for IT, web, design, and training services, ensuring high satisfaction.
Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate deals and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Product/Service Development: Collaborate with design and sales teams to refine and improve offerings.
Performance Analysis: Monitor sales data and KPIs to evaluate strategy effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Staying Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in technology relevant to the company’s offerings.
Training and Support: Provide training and onboarding support for clients, particularly for corporate training services.
CRM Management: Use CRM tools to manage client interactions, maintain accurate data, and streamline workflow.
Reporting: Deliver regular reports on business development activities and progress toward targets.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred)
1–4 years of experience in IT business development, sales, or account management
Strong knowledge of IT services, digital transformation, web development, design, and corporate training
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
1. Technical Skills & Knowledge
Solid understanding of IT concepts, technologies, and trends (e.g., software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, AI, ML)
Knowledge of web development frameworks, design principles, and corporate training methodologies
Experience with CRM tools for managing sales pipelines and client data

Strong sales acumen and ability to identify, pursue, and close deals
Effective negotiation skills and deal structuring
3. Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation abilities to pitch IT solutions to varied audiences

Ability to identify and resolve challenges during the sales and client engagement process
