We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to expand our footprint in civil construction and interior fit-out turnkey projects across Bangalore and Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the industry, an established network, and a proven track record in generating leads, closing projects, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and target new business opportunities in commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality interior fit-out and civil projects.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, PMC consultants, corporate clients, and real estate developers.
* Initiate and follow up on leads through networking, cold calls, referrals, and industry events.
* Collaborate with design, estimation, and project teams to create compelling proposals and BOQs.
* Conduct presentations, site visits, and client meetings to understand project scope and propose tailored solutions.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company objectives and profitability.
* Track and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing benchmarks.
* Maintain a detailed sales pipeline and provide periodic sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership.
* Ensure smooth handover of projects to operations and maintain client satisfaction post-handover.

Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or Business Administration. MBA preferred.
* 5+ years of relevant experience in business development within interior fit-out or civil construction.
* Well-connected with local industry players in Bangalore and/or Hyderabad.
* Strong technical understanding of construction/interior execution, tendering, and project timelines.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Strong drive for results with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and presentation tools.
