Build and maintain relationships with industrial clients, Residential Clients, government bodies, and industry stakeholders.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business targets and revenue growth.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging trends.
Lead proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and closing deals.
Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with client requirements.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
1+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.
Strong network in the energy industry is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Analytical mindset with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Experience working with government projects, tenders, and grants.
Understanding of financing models, subsidies, and policies related to solar installations.
