Key Responsibilities:
Recruit new franchise partners to expand the company’s network and footprint.
Identify new markets and regions for franchise development and business expansion.
Provide training, onboarding, and ongoing support to new and existing franchisees.
Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners to ensure consistent revenue generation and growth.
Guide potential franchisees by offering detailed insights into the franchise model, business opportunity, and investment requirements.
Ensure all franchise operations comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
Conduct performance evaluations and submit regular reports to senior management on franchise performance and market development.
Candidate Profile:
Experience: 3–5 years in franchise development, channel sales, or business expansion roles.
Preferred Background: Experience working in Gujarat, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Tamil Nadu, or Kerala.
Location: Based in Pune or willing to relocate to Pune.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities; experience in handling multi-region operations is a plus.
