Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a strong network of transporters, cab operators, fleet owners, and commercial drivers in Delhi-NCR and PAN India.
Plan and manage travel & transport packages across India with a focus on high-demand routes from Delhi-NCR.
Coordinate with transporters and vendors for best pricing and timely deployment of vehicles.
Maintain updated knowledge of market transport rates, fleet availability, and customer demand trends.
Supervise and lead a small operations & sales team, ensuring timely execution and service quality.
Manage and improve client servicing, route optimization, pricing strategies, and IVR-based customer communication systems.
Achieve monthly growth and revenue targets by onboarding new transporter tie-ups and building strategic travel partnerships.
Ensure regulatory and operational compliance in all transport deals and routing logistics.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate / MBA / B. Tech (preferred fields: Logistics, Operations, Sales, Marketing)
Minimum 5+ years of experience in transport logistics, travel coordination, or fleet management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills
In-depth knowledge of Delhi-NCR transport ecosystem and major travel routes
Hands-on experience with IVR systems, pricing models, and transport operations
Strong local network and understanding of market practices
Ability to lead and coordinate a team under pressure and deliver results
Additional Preferences:
Candidates with prior experience in cab/fleet aggregation platforms, logistics startups, or intercity bus/travel operations will be preferred.
Candidates from Delhi-NCR only should apply (local network is essential).
Must be self-driven, resourceful, and capable of setting up strategic partnerships.
