Job Description:
Build and lead inside sales team, implement BPO-style SOPs, drive lead conversions across channels.
Align with marketing, enhance customer engagement, optimize funnel, track key sales metrics, and deliver performance insights to boost revenue.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Inside Sales or similar roles, preferably within a B2B environment.
Demonstrated expertise in sales processes, lead management, and customer relationship management.
Knowledge of best practices and procedures from the BPO or tele sales industry.
