Identify new business opportunities and partnerships in the solar EPC domain (Rooftop, Ground-Mounted, Hybrid, Off-grid & On-grid systems).
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
Generate qualified leads through market research, networking, cold calling, digital platforms, and participation in industry events.
Prepare and deliver compelling technical and commercial proposals, presentations, and tender documents.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government agencies, consultants, and channel partners.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and policy developments in the renewable energy space.
Coordinate with technical, design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Ensure accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and CRM updates.
Represent the company in client meetings, exhibitions, seminars, and other events.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Renewable Energy / Business Administration (MBA preferred).
Minimum 1–5 years of proven experience in business development or sales in the solar EPC industry.
Deep understanding of solar PV systems, energy market trends, and project lifecycle.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and proposal tools.
Ability to travel frequently and work independently.
Existing network of industry contacts and clients in the solar sector.
Experience in handling government and private sector clients.
Familiarity with net metering, open access, and subsidy mechanisms.
