Role Summary:

As a Senior Education Counsellor / Team Lead / Manager, you will lead and guide a team of counsellors and business development executives while actively supporting students, parents, and professionals in making informed decisions about their academic and career paths. You will also play a key role in driving admission targets, strategy planning, and performance optimization within the counselling function.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership & Management:

Lead and manage a team of counsellors or BDEs

Set daily/weekly/monthly goals and ensure team performance

Provide training, mentoring, and support for new team members

2. Strategic Career Guidance:

Guide students/professionals in selecting courses based on their goals

Provide career mapping and long-term planning consultations

3. Admissions & Sales Planning:

Drive enrolments through effective sales counselling

Develop strategies to improve lead conversion ratios

Handle escalations and critical student queries

4. Process Optimization & Reporting:

Track KPIs, create reports, and present performance updates to management

Ensure SOPs are followed in the counselling and admission process

5. Stakeholder Communication:

Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead quality

Interact with parents, students, and internal teams for smoother operations
