We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales and expand our network of buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, connect, and build relationships with buyers of rice and maize.
Ability to handle business deals with ease
Acquire orders from ethanol/ alcohol manufacturing distilleries for the supply of rice and maize.
Conduct market research and analyze market trends to identify potential leads.
Negotiate and close deals with buyers, ensuring profitable and long-term partnerships.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Skills and Requirements:
MBA (Marketing/International Business preferred)
5 years of experience in FMCG sourcing, B2B sales, or international trade.
Strong networking skills and ability to build long-term client relationships.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and a go-getter attitude.
English and Hindi communication skill is a must.
