Rayon Capital, a leading Investment Banking Advisory firm, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Female Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. We specialize in raising funds for clients through various channels including Banks, NBFCs, Financial Institutions, Private Equity Funds, and SME IPOs.
Deal Generation & Closure: Identify, cultivate, and close deals ranging from ₹10 Cr to ₹1000 Cr+.
Client Engagement: Conduct high-level meetings and build strong relationships with C-suite professionals including MDs, CMDs, Chairmen, Directors, Presidents, CFOs, CAs, and Auditors.
Strategic Sales: Utilize a variety of sales techniques to effectively manage the sales pipeline and achieve targets.
Market Understanding: Apply your understanding of financial statements, ratios, research analysis, equity, and other financial concepts to identify and onboard suitable clients.
Gender: Female candidates only.
Education: Graduate in a Finance-related field is mandatory.
Experience: 3-6+ years of proven B2B Business Development experience, preferably within the Investment Banking or Financial Services sector.
Communication & Presentation: Exceptional communication skills (both oral and written English) and strong presentation abilities are essential.
Personality: Must possess a very strong, pleasing personality with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in computer use and adept at utilizing technology effectively for business development.
Travel: Willingness and comfort to undertake frequent travel, both within and outside Delhi, often at short notice. Kindly apply only if you are comfortable with this travel requirement.
Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial concepts, including Balance Sheets, Ratios, Research Analysis, and Equity.
Equipment: Must have your own laptop.
