Job Title: Business Development Executive

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and lead generation platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to align on business goals.
Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity using [CRM software, e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce].
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client accounts.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
