We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The ideal candidate can come from any professional background but must have excellent communication skills in English and a passion for building client relationships and driving business growth.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client outreach
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Create proposals, pitch presentations, and business development materials
Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and deliver solutions
Track and report on sales metrics and business development activities
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Any academic or professional background welcome
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or client relationship management is a plus
