Business Development Manager – Job description :
Lead Generation & Client Engagement
 Generate leads through webinars, industry events, Sales Navigator, and direct outreach; schedule and follow up on client meetings.
Webinar Management
 Organize and manage webinars end-to-end, including Zoom setup, social media promotion, attendee communication, and post-event follow-up.
Content & Proposal Development
 Draft and design MCBs, articles, marketing presentations, and client proposals; coordinate with HODs for review and approvals.
Social Media & Web Presence
 Manage social media posts, LinkedIn events, Facebook boosts, and coordinate website/landing page updates with vendors and internal teams.
Coordination with Internal Teams
 Liaise with HODs, CRM, and marketing teams for article collection, proposal vetting, project updates, and campaign execution.
Client Communication & Reporting
 Share insights, reports, and IROs with clients and attendees; maintain NBD funnel and track lead status.
Greeting & Campaign Content
 Draft, design, and post festival greetings and brand-aligned content across platforms.
Document & Drive Management
 Maintain organized folders for all webinars, articles, greetings, and marketing content on Google Drive.
