We're looking for a proactive Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. This is a field-heavy role (90%), where you'll meet B2B clients, primarily white-collar individuals, face-to-face. You'll drive sales and build strong relationships, needing your own 2-wheeler for client visits.
Client Engagement: Identify and meet new B2B clients, understand their needs, and present our solutions. Build and maintain lasting relationships.
Sales Targets: Negotiate and close deals to hit your sales goals.
Field Work: Spend most of your time (90%) in the field, traveling to client locations efficiently using your own 2-wheeler.
Market Insight: Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities.
Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports.
1+ year of proven B2B sales experience.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Must own a 2-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Comfortable with extensive face-to-face client interaction.
