We are hiring Agency Managers for the Agency Channel at Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance. The role involves recruiting, training, and managing a team of Life Insurance Advisors to drive sales and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategies to build and manage a high-performing agency team

- Identify and recruit top talent to join the agency team

- Provide training and development opportunities to agents to enhance their sales and customer service skills

- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to improve results

- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, clients, and stakeholders through regular field visits and meetings

- Drive sales growth and achieve business targets

Field Work Requirements:

- Regular visits to agents, clients, and stakeholders in the Western Line region

- Conducting sales meetings, training sessions, and reviews with agents

- Building relationships and networking with potential clients and partners

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in life insurance sales and agency management

- Education: Graduation degree compulsory

- Skills:

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven sales and business development skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Willingness to travel and conduct field work regularly
