We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our client base and revenue in Jaipur. The BDM will be responsible for lead generation, investor onboarding, and achieving monthly sales targets while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads and nurture existing ones through cold calls, referrals, and events.
Pitch investment offerings and services to potential clients (HNI, retail, and institutions).
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitors.
Attend meetings, presentations, and investor workshops as a company representative.
Maintain CRM entries and report daily progress to the Branch Head.
Collaborate with internal teams (research, operations, marketing) to ensure client satisfaction.
Job Requirements
1–5 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or B2C/B2B sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Knowledge of financial products such as mutual funds, PMS, equity, or insurance is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
Local market knowledge of Jaipur will be an added advantage.
