Ability to travel extensively for client meetings and property site visits.

📌 Key Responsibilities / Role
Actively identify, approach, and follow up with potential clients for property buying, selling, leasing, and development.
Conduct field visits to showcase properties and projects to prospective buyers/tenants.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
Negotiate deals and coordinate the closing process with developers, landlords, and clients.
Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, and deals in company systems.
