The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in the real estate market. The role involves developing marketing strategies, coordinating with channel partners, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets for residential and commercial projects.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and channel partners.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Present project details and conduct site visits with potential clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and brand visibility.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
Ensure excellent customer experience and handle client queries efficiently.
Represent the company in exhibitions, property shows, and business events.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or business development (residential/commercial projects preferred).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Good knowledge of local property laws, RERA regulations, and market dynamics.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
