Job Title: Business Development Manager

Reporting To: Area Manager (small branches report to BM)
Job Role
Manage, grow, and develop the assigned branch in line with company and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Prospect for new clients and grow existing accounts.
• Cold call and network to build a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Identify potential clients and decision-makers, and set up meetings.
• Develop and present proposals that address client needs.
• Manage business development activities, and report on progress.
• Ensure strict compliance with KYC/AML/CFT and company policies.
Required Qualifications & Experience
• Graduate level qualification.
• Minimum 3-5 years' industry experience.
• Proficient in English; additional local languages are desired.
