We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our expanding beauty and personal care brand. You will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth through offline and online channels.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Beauty & Personal Care industry
Build strong relationships with B2B and B2C partners, influencers, and channel distributors.
Pitch product offerings and services to potential clients with a focus on premium beauty products.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends in the beauty industry.
Work closely with the marketing and product teams to support go-to-market strategies.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to expand the brand's network and visibility.
Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, including lead generation, follow-up, proposal development, and closure.
Prepare and present reports on sales targets, forecasts, and performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in business development, preferably in the beauty,
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
Passionate about the beauty industry and up-to-date with the latest trends.
Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting.
