Business Development Manager – IT Sales (4+ Years Experience)
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused, result-driven, and possess strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a proven ability to execute successful sales strategies in the IT domain.
Identify and develop partnership opportunities in IT Sales.
Generate new relationships to grow the business and expand the company’s client base.
Maintain and nurture existing client accounts.
Work with designing tools and project management tools to support business initiatives.
Utilize bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.) for lead generation and project closures.
Strategically close high-value projects and demonstrate the ability to achieve targets.
Think critically and analytically to ensure project and business success.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
4+ years of prior industry-related experience in IT Sales / Business Development.
Hands-on experience with designing tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, Photoshop).
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
Proven experience working on bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.) with a record of successful closures.
Demonstrated ability to close high-ticket size projects.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Focused, target-oriented, and capable of executing successful development strategies.
