Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join
our team. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for a mature and highly motivated
individual with a passion for sales. The Senior Business Development Executive will play a
crucial role in driving business growth through lead generation, client engagement, deal
closures, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business leads and proactively follow up on sales opportunities
• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and
competitor strategies
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the client’s needs
• Analyze sales data to assess performance and prepare detailed sales reports for
management
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Handle multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously with a results-oriented
approach
• Utilize CRM software and MS Office tools to manage customer information and sales
activities
Qualifications & Skills:
• MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 4+ years of core sales experience
• Proven track record in sales and client relationship management
• Prior experience in the import-export industry is a strong advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets
• Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
• Exceptional multitasking skills with a strategic and creative mindset
