We are looking for a Business Development Manager to handle leasing and sub-leasing for our Data Center project. The role requires end-to-end ownership — from negotiating leases with data center providers to acquiring enterprise clients for sub-leasing.
Identify and negotiate leasing opportunities with data center providers.
Acquire enterprise / SME clients for sub-leasing colocation space.
Build partnerships and manage client relationships.
Prepare proposals, contracts, and maintain leasing documentation.
Work with technical team to ensure client requirements (power, racks, bandwidth) are delivered.
Graduate / Postgraduate with 3–7 years’ experience in B2B Sales / Real Estate Leasing / Data Center / IT Infra Sales.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building ability.
Knowledge of data center / colocation / cloud industry is preferred.
