We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join ANYTIME LOAN COMPANY, a leader in financial services. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and good knowledge of financial products. The role involves driving business growth, developing client relationships, and delivering tailored financial solutions.
Sales & Lead Generation: Actively identify potential clients, prospect, and generate new business opportunities.
Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of company financial products, services, and industry trends.
Client Consultation: Understand client needs and provide expert financial advice with suitable product offerings.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups to close deals and encourage repeat business.
Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, performance metrics, forecasts, and client engagement updates.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: 2-5 years of sales experience, ideally in the financial services industry.
