Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and research potential clients in target industries.
• Assist in lead generation through LinkedIn, job portals, and other sources.
• Reach out to potential clients via email, calls, and messages to pitch our HR services.
• Support in preparing business proposals, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update the CRM database with lead and client information.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand ongoing hiring capabilities.
Requirements:
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with outreach via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
• Basic knowledge of HR services or recruitment is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
