JOB DESCRIPTION
A Business Development Executive (BDE) at Zucol Group is responsible for driving business growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The BDE plays a crucial role in expanding the company's customer base through various channels, including inbound and outbound outreach, as well as digital platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Build and maintain strong, long-lastingclient relationships.
QUALIFICATION:
Identify new markets and customer segments.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in business development or sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of sales principles.
