About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Business Development Executive who is skilled in acquiring clients through freelance platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, and PeoplePerHour. You will be responsible for identifying quality leads, bidding strategically, and converting inquiries into paying customers across multiple marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize company profiles on Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru, and PeoplePerHour
Identify suitable projects and bid with personalized, well-crafted proposals
Follow up with leads and build strong client relationships
Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, marketing) to deliver solutions
Meet or exceed monthly targets for conversions and revenue
Monitor competition and suggest improvements to platform strategies
