We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (IT Sales) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the IT services and solutions sector.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
Generate qualified leads via email campaigns, LinkedIn, calls, and other sales channels.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Present and promote IT services and solutions (e.g., software development, web & app development, cloud services, etc.) to potential clients.
Prepare business proposals, quotes, and presentations tailored to client needs.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Work closely with the technical team to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
Maintain an up-to-date CRM with client interactions and sales progress.
Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and networking sessions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in IT sales or business development (freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude can also apply).
Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a strong team player.
Prior experience selling SaaS, software development, or managed IT services.
Understanding of digital marketing, SEO, or web technologies.
Existing client network or contacts in relevant industries.
