Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, Upwork, email campaigns, and other online platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Communicate effectively with international clients (US/UK/Europe) via calls, chats, and emails.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver appropriate business solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up with leads to close deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Maintain CRM records and update client information regularly.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (must-have).
Strong lead generation and client handling abilities.
Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Upwork, or similar platforms.
Understanding of IT / Digital Marketing / Web & App Development services (preferred).
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach.
Good presentation and negotiation skills.
