We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our IT sales team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for technology sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and present suitable IT solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
Maintain strong follow-ups with clients and close deals to meet sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, delivery) to ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain CRM and update records of all sales and client interactions.
6 months to 2 years of experience in IT Sales / Software Sales / B2B Sales.
Strong understanding of IT products/services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, SaaS, etc.).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow in the sales domain.
Ability to handle objections and turn leads into long-term clients.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field preferred.
