Roles & Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients through referrals, online platforms, and networking.

Client Interaction & Relationship Building: Engage with clients to understand their property needs and provide suitable solutions.

Site Visits & Property Showcasing: Coordinate and conduct property site visits, ensuring a professional and informative experience.

Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on real estate trends, pricing, and competitor offerings to support strategic decisions.

Follow-ups & Conversion: Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and convert them into successful deals.

Documentation & Coordination: Assist in preparing agreements, coordinating with legal and operations teams, and ensuring smooth transactions.

Target Achievement: Work towards monthly sales and revenue targets with a proactive and goal-oriented approach.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (real estate preferred)

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Fluency in Kannada is mandatory

Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities

Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Female candidates preferred for this role

Two-wheeler and valid driving license is an added advantage

Educational Qualification

Graduate in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred)
