We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to help drive our growth and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales leads, potential clients, and market opportunities
Conduct cold calls, emails, and meetings to generate and qualify leads
Understand client needs and present appropriate products or services
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients
Prepare and deliver business proposals, pitches, and presentations
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions in CRM
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Requirements:
Experience: 0–6 years in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong presentation and persuasion skills
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools
