Job Purpose:

To drive business growth by sourcing and acquiring loan customers, ensuring collections follow-up, and maintaining high customer service standards. The role requires actively promoting loan products, educating potential customers, and contributing to the overall business objectives of the bank.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development:

  • Identify and approach potential customers for various loan products offered by the bank.

  • Generate leads through field visits, customer referrals, and networking.

  • Conduct customer meetings and explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.

  • Ensure documentation and loan processing are done timely and accurately.

• Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

  • Resolve customer queries and grievances promptly.

  • Provide regular feedback and updates to the reporting manager.

• Collections Support:

  • Assist in loan recovery and follow-up on overdue accounts.

  • Coordinate with customers to arrange timely repayments.

• Targets and Reporting:

  • Achieve monthly targets for loan disbursal and collections.

  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass and above.

• Age: Maximum 35 years.

• Experience: Freshers can apply; candidates with prior experience in sales, banking, or financial services will be preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good understanding of local markets and customer needs.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must be willing to travel within the designated locations (Mysore, Mandya, Bangalore).
