Advise customers on baked goods selection and take orders.
Weigh, price, and package items; process billing and payments.
Track ingredient expiry dates and ensure timely use.
Maintain store hygiene and ensure appealing product displays.
Prepare and update daily sales & purchase reports.
Handle customer complaints and escalate to the Baker when needed.
Support training and grooming of newly joined employees.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in reporting.
Basic knowledge of billing and inventory management preferred.
Positive attitude and team spirit.
Graduation (any stream)
