– 1. Revenue Generation by client handling
2. Maintain client information in CRM
3. contact with prospective clients to understand their financial needs and objectives.
4. Present and explain the range of financial products and services offered by Axis Securities.
5. Customize financial solutions to match the specific requirements of clients.
6. Close sales and achieve individual and team targets.
7. Filter potential clients from all available prospects
8. Proper planning, execution & control. Team work/team handling
9. Stay updated on financial market trends, products, and regulatory changes.
10. Provide clients with expert advice and recommendations based on market insights
11. Ensure all documentation related to client accounts, transactions, and compliance is accurate and up-to-date.
12. Adhere to all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
13. Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets.
Skills and Qualifications – 1. Any Graduate and MBA Finance & Marketing
2. Excellent communication skills, convincing power
3. Excellent command on MS- excel / Ms office
4. Pro- active, analytical skills & good decisions Salary & Benefits: • Monthly CTC salary between INR 12,000 to INR 25,000, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
