As a Business Development Associate (BDA) or Senior Business Development Associate (Sr. BDA), you'll be responsible for guiding potential learners through Scaler's upskilling programs. You'll play a key role in driving admissions, achieving sales targets, and helping learners make informed career decisions.
Responsibilities:
Engage with potential learners via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Counsel and recommend suitable Scaler programs based on learner goals.
Drive lead conversions and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress on CRM systems.
Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to ensure smooth admissions.
Requirements:
3-6 years (minimum 2 years of EdTech experience mandatory).
Education: B. Tech / M. Tech / BBA / B. Com / MBA (Marketing & Sales).
Background: Proven track record in EdTech or a mix of EdTech and Non-EdTech sales.
Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
Education: B. Tech / M. Tech / BBA / B. Com / MBA (Marketing & Sales).
Background: EdTech or inside sales experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and consultative selling abilities.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
Ability to handle objections and maintain positive learner relationships.
