We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager with a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in staffing or recruitment services, who can help us grow our client base and expand our market presence.
Position Summary:
The Business Development Manager (BDM)/Executive will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities for our RPO services. You will play a key role in shaping our growth strategy, forging strong client relationships, and delivering tailored workforce solutions that align with client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and research potential clients across target industries.
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive outbound sales efforts.
Client Engagement & Solution Selling
Conduct discovery meetings to understand client talent acquisition needs.
Present and position RPO solutions tailored to client challenges and business objectives.
Prepare proposals, RFP responses, and pricing strategies.
Sales Process Management
Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closure.
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
Market & Competitive Analysis
Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings.
Provide strategic input on service enhancements and new offerings based on client feedback and market demands.
Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with internal delivery, marketing, and leadership teams to align on goals and strategies.
Report on sales activity, pipeline development, and revenue forecasts regularly.
Requirements:
Proven success in B2B sales or business development, preferably within the RPO, staffing, or HR services industry.
Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and talent acquisition strategies.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field (preferred).
