Source, qualify, and manage leads from branch catchment areas or partner banks.
Educate customers on HDB loan products (e.g. personal, two‑wheeler, gold, business loans, Credit Card).
Cross‑sell related financial products and services.
Handle customer inquiries and guide them through loan application and documentation.
Close leads and achieve individual sales targets.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure post‑sales follow‑up.
Education: Graduate (any discipline).
Experience: Typically 0–2 years in sales/finance/insurance; freshers sometimes accepted.
Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, persuasive selling, customer-focused, comfortable with targets.
