Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients (Founders, HR Heads, Directors) through LinkedIn, email, and calls.

• Pitch S4J’s recruitment services and close new business deals.

• Maintain relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.

• Track market trends and competitor activities.

• Meet weekly/monthly lead generation and closure targets.

• Collaborate with the sourcing team to ensure smooth delivery.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any field (MBA preferred).

• 1–3 years in sales/business development, preferably in recruitment or staffing.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong LinkedIn networking ability.

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and resilient.

Good-to-Have:

• Experience in B2B sales for HR/recruitment firms.

• Understanding of IT & non-IT hiring.
