We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to spearhead B2B tie-ups with hospitals, schools, corporates, and clinics for healthcare staff provisioning. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and ensuring seamless onboarding of manpower into client organizations.
Identify and approach key decision-makers in hospitals, schools, corporates, and clinics for potential tie-ups.
Build long-term partnerships for staff deployment including nurses, paramedics, attendants, and healthcare technicians.
Understand client requirements and propose customized staffing solutions.
Coordinate with internal recruitment and operations teams for smooth onboarding of staff at client locations.
Prepare and present business proposals, service agreements, and pricing models.
Regularly follow up with prospects and clients to maintain strong relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Attend industry events, health expos, or networking meets to build brand presence.
Maintain and update the CRM database with client communications, leads, and sales activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Knowledge of hospital/healthcare staffing operations is a plus
Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and result orientation
Proficiency in MS Office, email communications, and CRM tools
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or a related field
MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Healthcare Management (preferred)
