Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update CRM with lead status, follow-ups, and client interactions.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Build strong client relationships and provide after-sales support for repeat business.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales / business development (ISO certification / consultancy sales experience preferred).

• Strong communication and negotiation skills (verbal & written).

• Ability to handle inbound queries and proactively generate outbound leads.

• Good knowledge of ISO standards or willingness to learn.

• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business & Email communication.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.

Education & Experience:

• Graduate (Any stream).

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (preferably in ISO Certification, Training, or Consulting industry).
