Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products and services. Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives. Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and follow-ups. Maintain detailed records of all interactions with clients on CRM software. Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets. Follow up with prospects who have been contacted in the past. Handle customer objections effectively and professionally. Coordinate with the field sales team for product demonstrations or meetings.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience (Minimum 1 year of experience) as a Tele Sales Representative or similar sales/customer service role. (freshers with good communication skills are welcome) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Familiarity with CRM software and telephony systems is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email). Minimum qualification: Graduate or equivalent. Fluent in [English / Hindi / Regional Language as applicable]. Experience in Healthcare Industry { Medical Equipment Sales } is a plus.
