Are you passionate about sales and building strong client relationships? We are looking for dynamic Business Development Executives to join our growing team
Roles and responsibilities :
· Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the staffing industry.
· Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings.
· Understand client needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.
· Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality candidates.
· Prepare and present proposals and contracts to potential clients.
· Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth objectives.
· Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Qualification and skills required :
· Bachelor's degree in related field.
· Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the staffing industry.
· Strong understanding of staffing solutions and recruitment processes.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
· Target-driven with a strong sales acumen.
· Self-motivated and able to work independently
